Welcome to Wholesale Drops, a trading name of Preloved Tech Ltd, a company registered and trading in the United Kingdom.

By accessing or purchasing from this website (www.wholesaledrops.co.uk), you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. General

Wholesale Drops sells wholesale lots, reseller mystery boxes, and damaged/faulty/return (DFR) stock for resale and refurbishment purposes. All purchases made through this website are subject to these Terms of Service, which may be updated from time to time.

3. Eligibility

This site is open to both individuals and business customers aged 18 and over. By using this site, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract.

4. Product Condition & Returns

We sell three types of stock:

A. Reseller Mystery Boxes

  • Sold as mystery items.

  • Fully tested and functional.

  • No returns or warranty. All sales final.

B. DFR (Damaged, Faulty, or Return) Stock

  • Sold as-is, untested or faulty.

  • May include non-working or damaged items.

  • No returns or warranty. All sales final.

C. Wholesale Tech Lots

  • Described clearly in product listings.

  • Functional stock unless otherwise stated.

  • 14-day return policy applies for unopened and unused lots.

  • Includes a 14-day warranty against major defects not disclosed at time of sale.

5. Payments

We accept secure payments via:

  • Shopify Payments

  • PayPal

All prices are in GBP (£). Payment is required in full at checkout.

6. Shipping & Fulfilment

We offer two shipping options:

  • Standard Delivery: Dispatched within 3–4 working days from order date.

  • Priority Delivery: Dispatched within 1–2 working days (available at checkout for an additional fee).

Shipping is UK-only at this time. Tracking details will be provided via email.

7. Data & Privacy

We collect personal data such as your name, address, email, and order history to process orders and offer marketing updates.

  • Data is used internally only

  • We do not share or sell your data to third parties
