Returns & Refund Policy

At Wholesale Drops, we pride ourselves on offering reliable reseller stock at affordable prices. Due to the nature of our products, our return policy varies by product type. Please read carefully before making a purchase.

🔁 Eligible Returns

Only Wholesale Tech Lots (excluding mystery or DFR stock) are eligible for return under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be made within 14 calendar days of delivery

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition

  • You must contact us before returning any items

To initiate a return, please email wholesaledropsuk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return

The following products are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Reseller Mystery Boxes (sold as mystery bundles; all sales final)

  • DFR Stock (Damaged, Faulty, Returns) (sold as-is for parts or refurbishment)

By purchasing these items, you acknowledge and accept that no returns or refunds are offered.

💸 Refunds (Where Eligible)

If your return is approved and received in acceptable condition:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 working days

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • In the event of a partial return or missing items, only the eligible portion will be refunded

📦 Return Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the return is due to our error (e.g. incorrect item sent)

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels

⚠️ Refused or Unauthorised Returns

Returns made without prior authorisation may not be processed. If your return falls outside of our policy, the item may be returned to you at your cost.

🛠 Warranty Policy

  • Wholesale Tech Lots include a 14-day warranty covering major faults not disclosed at point of sale

  • No warranty is offered on Mystery Boxes or DFR Stock

If an eligible item arrives faulty, email us within 14 days of receipt with photos and your order number.
